    I have the base from elements and I HATE it also. I have put some SAO with it and that adds more moisture but it is still VERY grainy. Im thinking of just ditching the base. Lip balms are so difficult for me to make but should be so easy!

    As Retro said, the stink is hard to cover up. Does anyone know if the WSP stinks as bad? It gets expensive adding all the fo that is needed

    I got it from Lorrie's co-op...and this is even the replacement fbb since the other was too grainy. I seriously thought fbb was easy to work with.... *sigh*

    Im seriously about to give up on FBB. I whipped 2lbs with 2oz of SAO and it is good...a tiny bit grainy, but not THAT bad. Then I put it in an air tight container (the kind that WSP stores their lotion in) and the next day....grainy as crap. I am SO mad. I am out now and need some more, (beside the useless 2 freaking pounds of it sitting in a tub....grainy). Sure, I can mix sugar and make it a scrub, but that's not why I bought it. What in the world am I doing wrong??????

    Hey scented, make a lip balm with strawberry, vanilla and cheesecake fo, slap a strawberry shortcake label on it and send it to me...let me see if its close enough! cuz there aint no' high quality (non ebay) s.s. fo out there!

    lmao scented, u crack me up!! thanks both of u! I am out of my funk now...I just got my butt in the kitchen and made stuff! Tonight I mixed some fbb with dead sea mud (which im in desperate need of now), some oils and tea tree oil and made a wonderful face mask. Yay!!! off to find some strawberry shortcake fo!

    I know this thread is really old...but Im getting the urge to make some chocolate products! I bought a chocolate lip balm from someone on etsy and I just hate spending $5 on a lip balm (with shipping). So.... I wanted to see if anyone wants to share their chocolate recipes! lip balms? scrubs? facial masks?
