  1. Pretty much unless you don't let your CP gel. It has a totally different texture without gel. As for smell, to me it's the same either way. April
  2. Wow, that's almost a $30 swing! Wonder why such a price difference. Does one offer free shipping?
  3. I also have a True Lilac that I use but it's from Full Moon Herbs. It sells very well for me April
  4. I do all of my batches CPOP with the exception of my goat's milk soap. CPOP is somewhat combining the CP & HP methods because you are cooking it to force a complete gel sooner. You can use CPOP sooner, shouldn't get the tightness, but I still cure mine for a min. of 4 weeks to make the bars harder. As for a liner, I just use wax paper. Have been using it for a couple of years now and it works great for me. I put it in at 170 for 2-3 hours depending on how soon it reaches full gel. Some FO's gel quicker than others. Pull it out and let it sit until the next day, cut and cure. HTH April
  5. How many colors did you use in that swirl? April
  6. The melt/bath bomb is a very cool idea. I don't think I've seen anything like that yet! April
  7. I made pine tar for the 1st time about a month ago. My DS was laughing so hard at me mixing and gagging!!! That stuff smells so rank! I mixed a belnd of lavender, tea tree, and patchouli EO's to try to mellow out the scent. It turned out really nice and I've got a few people testing it now. I won't be looking forward to having to make it again any time soon though!
  8. I use the KY Candle whipped soy body cream and sell it like crazy! I just got a sample of the Body Glaze too and it's really nice just lighter that the whipped cream. They sell little samples of both I believe.
  9. I started with CP 3 years ago and never looked back. I had planned to try my hand at HP but liked the coloring effects I could get with CP. I now do CPOP for everything but my goat's milk soap. April
  10. Good luck! It's very addictive and so much fun to create. Are you planning to do CP or HP?
