thanks, i love the japanese cherry blossom fragrance too, its not very strong, but nice and light and clean smelling
-
I made these in a velveeta cheese box
Gingered Bergamot- added some mango butter to these, I left the top frothy and bubbly
Japanese Cherry Blossom-added mango & shea butter, yogurt powder, this is what I made with my leftovers for the MP Swap
-
wow !!! those are wonderful!! Ive never seen that before, i think theyre great
-
my velveeta cheese box and my little round cheese box, the one where you get wedges of cheese in :smiley2:
they make perfect little slices of soap for in my bathrooms
-
i mix mine in glycerin before adding to mp and they blend well that way
never tried the neon though
-
ive whipped mp before, i didnt like the way it felt, it was crumbly i think because it just cools down to fast
you can whip it just til its frothy, then pour, buts its really not whipped up like frosting
to get it to stick to the layer i let a skin form then poked a few holes in it, gently pushed down so some base came up, sprayed with alcohol and put the whipped ontop, it stuck together, i think it does melt aways faster than the other layer

if you google honey bear plastic bottles alot of places come up
-
i love the fabric wrapped and the round dish with the round soaps....how cute is that!!
-
looks like a log mold was used and a wavy cutter
he probably poured clear (colored green) first, then poured the white over it, before a firm skin formed, couldve poured right after the clear without skin, topped or incorporated poppy seeds maybe
ive poured clear and then white over it and it sorta makes what looks like clouds in the clear, you could probably take a knife or stick and do a little swirling in the bottom to get a better effect

i wonder if theyre putting sls in the frosting or in the bomb itself
-
those turned out really great!!! wonderful job:yay:

yeah whipped mp hardens extremely fast, thats why maybe adding it to the foaming bath might be better.
experiment time LOL

i havent tried this way of making the frosting yet, but I think im going to give this a go sometime this month. I want to see how hard the frosting gets or if it stays soft.
I usually do my frosting with the meringue powder but that usually just gets tossed in the trash as alot of people dont let it just float around in their tubs.
Ive also done whipped cp soap and piped it out and let it dry and cure then sprayed the tops of my cupcake bombs with witch hazel to start a fizz and placed it on, but sometimes they do not want to stick
-
sounds like they sucked the moisture out of the air and decided to grow and grow and grow.
When thats happened to me, I usually dont try to fix it, just sorta toss it all back together and let the kids use it in their bath.

i use my pyrex, i just soak it in hot soapy water and then run it through the dishwasher. Everything else is seperate especially plastic.
-
i use my wiltons reusable cake decorating bag, works great, its not canvas just really thick plastic
-
ive never tried it in body butter, bath bombs the wilton works great also in mp soap, it could be something in your ingredients thats making it vanish
i use tkb also, just a tiny dab goes a long long long way
-
what are you trying to color with them? ive never had a problem using the wilton colors
-
alot of people make their own with chicken wire and evergreen branches, get the chicken wire the size of the grave or smaller, depending on what you want, some ground stakes to secure it
weave the branches through the chicken wire and secure them, then decorate with a bow or ornaments if for christmas
if you have a christmas tree lot near by you could ask them for the trimmings or buy some trimmings from them

i love DS...i use a few teaspoons in my bath tea's to hold the fragrance, its pretty awesome stuff
-
thats really neat looking I'll have to give it a try myself
-
thats really beautiful

i like to fill mine with bath milks that have herbs in them i dont care for things floating in my water especially lavender buds, they just creep me out
basically you can put anything in those bags, i love em!!
