Here are some "Grungy Can Candles" I have been working on the last few days. Cider N Sticks Home Sweet Home Vanilla Sugar Cookie Primitive Kollection Angel Wings Pumpkin Pie

1. I use a double roll of TP, usually Angel Soft. 2. I then mix my wax, scent and color (if you want color). I use 1 lb wax for 1 roll of TP. 3. In a kettle (big enough for the TP to roll and sit up), I start by pouring some wax on top and then turn TP over and pour some more. then lay the TP on its side and pour wax again, slowly, and then roll the TP to soak up all the extra wax. 4. I then sit the TP on a dryin rack until completly dried. 5. Add ribbon or anything after its dried. Or if you want the cinnamon bun look.. After TP is dried, I take Vanilla scented wax and slowly drizzle over the top. Let that harden and repeat a few more times to layers of drizzle. I added a pinecone in the cinnabun one but you can add anything, but make sure it wont fall through the hole..LOL. I then scent my own rosehips to match the scent of the TP. I put the TP in a basket or anything I think looks neat, add the rosehips around it and add same scented melties and thats about it. I like using the wicker baskets that paper plates sit in. It takes about 2-3 cups of rosehips to fill around the sides. Hope that helps...

Test burning a new jar. 10 oz mason jar CB Advance Wax Mountain Mulled Cider Papercore Wick - 60-44-18 This is after 1 hour of burning. The smell is awesome, it is throwing really well. Both Hot and Cold are great! Just wondering if I should wick down, what do you think?

I bought a grubby hanging taper mold. I use CB advance wax. Poured the wax and wicked it to hang. I let it set up normal. BUT its to soft. What type of wax could I try that would be harder? I wanna stay with soy wax also. Thanks in advance.

I wanna make a 8 oz jelly jar candle with 2 or 3 different colors. Would I use the same scent or can I use 3 different scents?

What 2 scents (something for Valentines) go good together? I am gunna make up those 2oz little shot cups and do 2 scent with 2 colors...but cant decide on scents. Any suggestions? Also I do know that I have to wait to pour the second color after the first hardens, BUT with the second color make the first color melt or run...???

I did a Q tip test and did 50 - 50...well it turned out just right and awesome! My sister loves the smell, so I made up some melties for her and me! BUT now I need to rename it.....I was thinking "Primitive Kollection" What do u think of that name or other suggestions?
