  1. Class and Elegant I like it a lot and would definetly look at at a show or use myself
  2. Trish you never answered the right question:) I know you know I can build what you want you just have to tell me what it is. When creating a DB it is easier to delete existing fields then to add new ones. I used the Candle site that calculates it to the penny and fraction of pennies on labour. When building a DB I lock it to the point that I dont remeber the code to unlock it so no one can modify the fields that it tracks so it can not be stolen or worse yet broken by the user. CLient side the data base is easy this is what I have so far but I know there is fields that should be added. Customer Info tracked Name first last Phone number Alt Phone number Email address Physical adress Billinign address Privacy (Whether they want to recieve a mailer or email of specials) Inventory side Item Name: Size of package: Manufacter: Product ID: Price paid from vendor: PO: RPO: Vendor Side Item Name: Product ID: Wholesale: Retail: Cost: Inventory in stock: Aging: Back Order:
  3. No problem... Can I make a suggestion though? Design your site first using whatever you going to use then sign up for the hosting company. I know Donna was great at top for my needs and answered basic questions. Now I am at the top of the package plan. This will be your own domain also another cool thing

  5. You want to track sales down to what level? Suplies down to what level? Inventory down to what level? How detailed? With invetory how old it is maybe also? Supplies all the way down to the distributor individual item numbers and what the lot cost is Sales are you looking at cost/price or just a standard inventory -/+
  6. CHeck your email in an hour I have one for your state I believe
  7. Do you have Lotus or MS Office? I use Open office (same thing but free) and I made several reciepts with tax codes of states I sell stuff in. My form has Company name adress phone number, email (trade shows), I have 20 lines for merch (since I sell comics and smelly jars sometimes I need addtional reciepts but easily tracked), sub total, in clear terms I have the tax rate and amount for that order and grand total. I will send you a sample Reciept
  8. I usually carry enough to break a fifty 2x's so if my merch was 20 I would carry 60 plus coin. I also usually have a friend that can watch the stand or go get more change if needed

  17. Either way at the reni fare here in co we have a candel vendor that does hair and sells amber jewelery and her shop got oooohs and ahhs but she was way to expensive even for my taste
  18. Then definetly use the armoury paints in the US it is about 2 dollars for 3 ounce bottle It is Suspended powder so it does not activate til applied
  19. They are all over ebay but local to her is the places mentioned and every pigment says that it is flamable plus if used for ritual candles unless you are practicing modern craft you will run into problems... Not good to dabble there. Armoury is safe says it is flamable but I used it with a tissue flame thrower. Wads are load then co2 pops the fire is the light nice poof The heat was hot enough to sear hair when the barrel rested on your arm
  20. Yes dash thats the same thing in UK for some reason Armoury could not call it an additive but had to call it a paint Down side I checked warings all are flamable
  21. Its not a true paint It is an additive but their bottles call it a paint
