I have seen so many people utilizing these sink fresheners and they seem to be a great idea and sell fairly well. The problem is I have no idea how to make them>?? Is anyone having a problem with the new batch of GL 70/30>? I am finding it to be much harder than the last shipment I got and seem to be having some issues with proper melt pool while I am using the same wicks and jars as before. Anyone experiencing anything?

Hi there, I just wanted to chime in and let you know I got a great orange blossom fragrance from Cierra Candle Supply. It was GREAT and I sold all ny candles. It is a lighter, more mild fragrance though. I just have not had an opportunity to purchase more. We better hurry though as Cierra is closing:cry2: very soon. We make soy candles and sell them. Where are you located at? You could always order off the internet as well. Hi everyone, We could certainly use some help (any advice would be greatly appreciated) We had a jewelry store call us because they had purchased our candles at a craft show and really enjoyed them. They have a VIP program currently in which twice a month, they have a box of chocolates delivered to all the VIP clients who had birthdays or anniversaries that month. She is very interested in switching to our candles instead of the chocolates. I have no idea how much to charge her per candle. Do I make it like a wholesale account? Should I make a minimum quantity and price to order? She has not given me too much information as to what they pay now. We also would have to get with a printer to have her colors and Store information placed on the candles which also costs more money. Should I sit her down and speak to her more specifically before quoting her or what?? HELP!!!!:undecided

Hi guys, I have been reading a few of the previous threads on here and am having some difficulty learning how to make these. I purchased solar salt from Lowe's and I already have coloring for candles and fragrances. I guess my confusion is how much color I put and some times at the craft shows, the people have rocks that look like there are 2 different colors in 1 basket but with the same fragrance? Do you just color them differently and put the same fragrance in? Last question is how much fragrance to put per pound of rocks? Any help on this would be GREATLY appreciated! TIA.....

They stated they were aware of it and would send me out 2 more cases and those were terrible too. The owner of a nice upscale restaurant chain approached me at my craft fair and was interested in having my tealights placed in his restaurants. He currently has tealights and would like to switch to mine but here is the dilemma. When the busboys are cleaning the tables, the wax spills over the edge and gets on stuff. He wants to know if I can get tealights with a bigger lip or that are a tad bit taller to hold the wax in better. I just have standard plastic tealights now. Anyone have any ideas or would it be better to maybe use a votive container and only pour halfway....This is a HUGE account..any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Hi all....I have been doing craft shows for a week and quickly realized that the white sheets I was using on the tables are not only unprofessional but get dirty easily. I am in need of fitted table covers for ( 3 ) 6 ft tables. Can anyone that does craft shows tell me where or what they use for their tables? TIA for all your help....

I just got a horrible 2 cases of Joy Wax from NG and when I called and spoke with Melissa, she was very cordial in stating that they had the previous wax back in and were sending me out the 2 cases immediately. She stated the wax may vary a small bit in consistency but she personally admitted that this particular wax which I received was horrible and was very apologetic. The 1 case I had prior to this incident was awesome and worked fantastic in my candles and with fo's. Good Luck to you no matter what you choose to do....

Does anyone use this wax that is soldy by Just by nature? I am attempting to use it and am just looking forward to know how it performs and if fragrances throw well hot and cold in it? Any help you could give is greatly appreciated!:smiley2:

Ok guys, here is the situation. I have a craft show in 2 weeks and have some products I was working on. Everything was going smoothly until the wax I needed came in. I purchased 2 50 lb cases of Joy Wax from NG and they were working great IN THE PAST. When my new order of the same wax from the company came in, the wax was completely different. The lady told my husband to add 1 oz Crisco per pound of wax and everything would be fine. The candles I have made with this are absolutely HORRIBLE and the Crisco did not help t all. I really do not know what happened and I am so frustrated! What wax do you use that has the even burn of soy and has a great hot throw????? Please help because I am 2 weeks away from a craft show and have a lot of work to do.

In all honesty, I do not know what they should cost! I am looking for them to fit on the top of my 16 oz and 24 oz apothecary jars. Price range is open currently!

I am using Joy Wax from Natures Garden and am wanting to try Marigold Mint from Rustic Escentuals. Has anyone tried that fragrance and does anyone know how it throws in Joy Wax? TIA:cheesy2:
