Curious how many of you pay for insurance when purchasing off of eBay. If you do, how do you determine when to pay it and when not? Thanks.

I also thought MP soap had to be wrapped. I'm sure I read that on one of the boards. Can someone explain if it needs to be wrapped or not? Thanks.

I am going this week to purchase either the HP 2600n or HP 2605dn color laser printer. I just got off the telephone with a salesperson from Staples who told me he did not think you could use waterproof labels in either of these printers. Now I am almost 100% certain that I have seen waterproof labels for color laser printers. Does anyone use either of these printers and use waterproof labels? Thank you.

I was at Garden Ridge today and they have these cute little bales of hay/straw with a picture on the front of the packatge with silk flowers sticking down from the top (long side) with a ribbon tied around the bale. I'm thinking that is kind of cute. Would it sell? Then I thought, hum how messy would that straw be? Has anyone ever used these little bales to make things with to sell and did you sell them? I am going to place an order with BCN today and since they are out of the charcoal incense sticks, I am going to buy the colored one and was curious if people really care what color they are.

I was thinking about getting some of BC's aloe body and hair wash and using it on my hair. Has anyone tried it and if so how do you like it? I currently get shampoo that they use in hair salons but was thinking if BC's is nice that it would be much cheaper. If you don't use BC's but someone else out there has one, would you mind sharing who it is? Thanks.

I just wanted to add that you need to be careful because when I first started out I read several times that if your home owners insurance finds out you are making candles in your home they will drop you. Good luck.

I am going next week to purchase a new printer. I am looking at the HP laser 2600n and the HP Officejet Pro L7600 all-in-one printers. After reading on here about the 2600n I have almost made my mind up to get that one. The L7600 is a decent printer and the ink cost about half of what the ink does for the 2600n and is a much faster printer. The guy at Office Depot said I can bring a sheet of labels in and test both. We have really good printers at work so I will print a labels on white paper and take it to Office Depot and make a copy on both printers to get an idea of what each will look like. Just wanted to see if anyone has the L7600 and how you like it to print labels on and brochures. Thanks.

I am looking for directions to make the dried orange slices and cinnamon stick wreaths and the ones that just hang straight. Not sure what you call them. I would like to make a couple of these. Love the smell. Does anyone have directions to make these and what are they called? Thank you.

Does using batteries instead of AC adapter change the way it will weigh your wax or FO? Reason I'm asking is I read one post where someone said they did not use batteries because it did not weigh the same as using the AC adapter.

KY's board says to pour the para-soy into heated jars. I'm curious if it is a must to do this. I really don't want to have to carry trays of heated jars from upstairs to the basement all the time. Those of you that use KY's para-soy for container wax, do you heat your jars?
