    I have this happen to me a few years back...It was a big show at the auditorium. The lady told me candles aren't popular and will be phased out soon. Well that was 4 years ago and hmmmm...I still see candles.

    I cut mine. I slices about a 4-5 inch diameter (hope I'm explaining that right) around then cut that into 4 squares and put into my presto. I have to weigh mine since I blend it with another wax.

    If it came from a craft store...then chances are they wont know. Is there a label on the wax, where you can get the manufactures name off of it and maybe give them a call for additional information about the wax?

    You can get a variety of answers on this ....but I will say this, sometimes less FO is better. Just because you can use 1 1/2 ounces per pound, doesn't mean you have to. Everyone has a few favorite suppliers.... mine are (today- may change tomorrow) Peaks ICS Just Scent Bittercreek south Candlemakers store (steve) Nature's Garden Cajun Candles Candles and Supplies I could go on...but that wouldn't help you...with each supplier there are certain fragrances I use that other other supplier doesn't carry or theirs isn't as good.

    Not being funny...but is this a riddle? Where did you buy it from, they didn't tell what type of wax it was? Maybe contact the supplier you bought it from and ask for more info. Sounds like a cool wax though.

    Where does everyone get their clear labels. I got mine from online labels...but they smudge very easily...not to pretty to me. Nobody has complained except me...but when I see other clear labels with no smudges, I wonder where they get them from. Any suggestions?

    They are great candles...to me better than yankme. way better.

    I use them...I only have had 4 hours downtime due to me switching from window to linux to allow for my php scripting...whatever that is...hahahaha.. at first i hated their customer service. I am not a web design pro...but I do know some things and when I first called the chick knew nothing and was guessing at the answers...but this last 2 phone calls they were very helpful and knew what they were talking about.
