NG has a Hot Orange Danish that is supper strong at about 3/4oz per lb.
-
Don't know how dead on it is but I use Fillmores and love it. Very strong in my paraffin.
-
I use Microsoft Money - Business and liked it better than Quick Books.

I use 1274 with 2 TBS Stearic per lb. Been using it for years. You just have to be careful with the stearic and not use to much or it will kill the mottle. I use 1343 for rustics with 1 TBS Stearic.
I use flat braid wicking.

Beautiful!!

I use the salsa jars from fillmore. Really like them with the black lids. I changed after having to double wick apoth jars for fundraisers. Wish I had changed earlier. Customers seem to like them, they are cheaper and that has been a plus. I do still carry the 16 & 26 oz apoth jar but they are more special order cause a couple online customers like them best but for the most the salsa jar has been fine.

My presto pot holds 8 lbs of wax
-
Looks like 3 of us go for the turkey fryer. Like they said, will hold same amount of wax and probably not cost as much and I can't think of a single problem you should have with it. Have had mine for probably 3 yrs or so and it still works perfect.

For my pillars, if wick is not primed I prime it. Simply cause if it isn't primed it is more difficult to light and customers may not realize you just have to hold the fire to the wick a little longer till it catches good.

MC already has a cozy cabin which is great by the way, very spicy! I like cozy comforts.

I'll be glad to help you if I can remember what I did!!!!

You can set up a shop guess you would call it on FB using Shop Now. It will take payments and everything about like Artfire or Etsy.
-
Just be sure which jar you are using, one uses the lug lid and the other uses the CT lid. They don't have the black lid for the CT jar.
-
You may just like that one then. Still smelling it on my arm and it smells good actually! Love it in a candle.
-
The way I tell if it will work for perfume or bath products is rub a little on my arm. I just tried it with Fallen Leaves from AH and it's not bad at all. Never thought of using it for a perfume.

on the label we had our business info/graphics, scent, ounces, web addy. Just curious about what y'all do
That is all I put. I really don't think the general public cares if we are using vybar, ua, usa, co or what not in our candles. All they are concerned with is if it burns good and smells good!

I was afraid the same thing had happened to Nana's Old Fashioned Apple Butter cause I couldn't find it and was looking through the A's for something and saw it there with the name I think Apple Butter. Could that have happened to Appleberry Spice? If not I would email Becky and ask. She has always been good to work with.

Paper towels & I use paraffin. No problem.

Agree with all the above!!
-
I really agree with you lovemylabs - I think it's the media and misguided information from suppliers and manufacturers, somebody that has nothing better to do and think this would be a good topic to hash and rehash!! I have not had anyone question me on the difference in wax or what was the best etc. I make both and very seldom have a request for soy candles.

My Yahoo PPC account was and they changed files, used over 300.00 from my paypal account in advertising, and don't know what all they did. Yahoo caught it, locked my account, changed the files back, and gave money back. Would really love to know who did it and what exactly they did though. This happened around the 6th to about the 11th of Aug when I had broke my wrist and had surgery and not been on my computer during that time. Seemed as if they almost knew I wouldn't be on my computer to catch it??

Yeah I saw it. Guess we can stop making candles, stop printing, stop wearing shoes and what else do we need to stop!! bunch of BS :rolleyes2

If I run low on a repour I just melt a little more wax, add color to get it as close to the original and maybe a tad of fo. It don't take much!
Oh, and my first pillar.....I thought the top was the top also!!
