if your bath rices or whatever it is called after fo. do you keep stick blending or is the mashed potato goo it? i see all these creamy batches and mine look like something on kfc buffet. lol anyone with any help how to make a good cp bar. i would to make layered soap but mine are way to thick to pour like others. (hint mysticglow). Help tia

i did in cpop and where the basil was around it turned brown. but other than that it was nice. i love the smell of basil. no one noticed but me. i am my owm worst critic. hth

which do you like better to color soap. i dont have any mica or oxides. are they like candle dye chips. does it take alot to make a dark color? thanks

i made soap awhile ago and when i added lye at 110 degrees and then fo i ended up with mashed potatos. how can some make such smooth soap when i get goop? i do cpop. maybe i need to try cp what is the difference besides cure time. i hate to wait. any help would be great.

the sweetner steive(sp) sorry but krogers has a 2oz bottle with dropper for 11.99. hth. i dont know if a good price or not but is close to alot of people.

ok, here is the scale: Summary of values:Hardness36 to 47Cleansing14 to 22Condition45 to 80Bubbly lather14 to 33Creamy lather16 to 35 what if your numbers are: hardness 46 cleansing24 condition 65 bubbly lather 32 creamy lather 36 iodine 102 ins 146 if some of your numbers are a little higher or lower than the the scale is it ok. or do they have to be dead on. i have been having trouble getting all my numbers exact. thanks

it was a 3lb batch and 2oz of fo. its my fave. i wanted to reak of it. dh says it smells like the butt end of a oil tanker. but he is still mad about the fbb.
