  5. my sister wants a whipped soybean butter. i made a whipped shea butter and she loved how thick it was but wants it made out of pure soybean oil? any suggestions. i get my whipped soy from carmen at eb candles. it is to die for if you have not tried it, you should. but sis did not like how thin it was. she wants a think cream like the whipped shea. i am not a chemist, i do not try any reciepts that use more that a few ingredients.lol afraid i might blow up the house. sister want to use it as a deep treatment for her feet at night with socks. thanks for all your help,

  8. i have been doing jj for a while now and i am wondering if it matters what kind of jar you use. weighter it be a jj or a 8oz mason or any other 8oz container? do you all use jj for 8oz containers or do you find a different jar sells better in a 8oz container? thanks for your help

  13. what do ya think? 12oz babassu oil 7.2ox cocoa butter 7.2 shea butter 12oz sunflower oil 9.5 coconut oil 18.2 water 7oz lye this reciep came out: hardness 56 cleansing 31 condition 40 fluffy 31 stable 25 iodine 53 ins166 i have never did any soap except melt and pour. so this is going to be fun. please let me know if there is anything wrong with this reciep. i havent studied this hard since college.lol what do ya think i am going to give this a swirl (LOL) in a couple of mins. thanks
  14. i have been running different amounts through the sooz and am now more aggrivated than ever. i have these oils can anyone help me with a reciep in oz. thank so much i have these oils: 8oz shea butter 8oz cocoa butter 16oz babassu oil 16oz rice bran oil 16oz sunflower 12oz evp 16oz coconut oil how do i figure out how much of each and how much lye and water. man, i thought wicks were tough. thanks for all your help.

  16. how does this work. i have the following oils and would love to make some soap with it: babassu evening prim rose safflower sunflower rice bran coconut oil soybean do i just put in different amounts then follow the amount of water and lye. my first attempt of cpop was a disaster. am going to try again tonight so, HELP!!!lol
  17. how thick should it be when you pour into your slab mold? i made some earlier and it was like thick mashed potatos when i added fo. i could not swirl it. what did i do wrong.

  19. i have a mix of oils and lie on the stove and my stick blender broke, i am doing cpop. can i whip it by hand and how long. help!!!
