Ok guys, I need some help here... I've been asked to send an assorted collection of my container candles to a high end boutique on the Vegas Strip. I'm sooo excited! I really want to do something fun and rename some of my scents to go with the Vegas theme, but I am brain dead and could use some help. I am sending French Market, Mango Papaya, Creme Brulee, Coconut Lime Verbena, and Hot Apple Pie. Any good suggestions on naming them "Vegas Style". Thanks soooo much for your help!!
I am brain dead too, some great suggestions you got here. Congrats on this order! What containers will you be using?

You can use most any pillar wax for these. I punched a hole in the bottom of mine to be able to insert a wick pin.

I love 3 different kinds of pumpkins, making then in 3 shades of pumpkin. Or a middle layer of cinnabuns.
Cinnamons or FO's with cinnamon are very popular around here as layered candles. Apples also, a million combinations for that. Homeamade apple pie, apple jack and peel and spiced apple pecan!

Beautiful garden! I can never get roses to grow like that.

I hate zinc wicks! I think I've tested at least 6 different types of wick and always come back to the HTP.
Honestly, you should get some sample packs and see what you like. Everyone's preferences are different.
I'm with you, hate zinc. I use LX or Cd, very little mushrooming or smoke

LOL, I would have thought you could give her an answer instead of just racking up posts.

from Jagsmolds. I just love her molds.

Need to work a little more on the coloring, but I think they'll make cute tarts.
Shiskabob and Sliced Onions (Vanilla Scented)
and a Fruit Cup (Scented as it should be.)
The shiskabob made my husband hungry...lol
Wrong link you have posted

What do you mean by basic scent oils?
-
Almost always, you need more than 1 ounce per pound for plain soy, maybe even more.
-
All of the above, LOL

I got some from BCN and it's nothing like the name states. I was thinking a deep orange brown, and this is like a crappy yellow, threw mine out because I couldn't even get a good color mixing it with other colors.
-
Good luck, that looks like a hum dinger to wick, LOL

O now Iam goin too be confuse. there are many type of these heat gunn?
Don't be confused sunshine, go to the hardware store and get a heat gun. I have no idea what an embossing gun is, but heat guns work great.

What color would you recommend for White Tea Ginger, Fruit Slices, and Jamaica Me Crazy?
I know fruit slices and jamaica me crazy could probably be anything but I was just wondering what y'all would use.
I make fruit slices all colors, for some reason make Jamician Me Crazy yellow, and White tea and ginger, white.

Okay, I just read on a site that the candle maker uses a Soy/parafin blend. What is this? What does blending them do? How do you blend...how much and so on?????
J223 and soy is a good blend, CB and soy is another. Most suppliers do now carry a 50/50 all ready to go.
