  1. Since we know that obstructive sleep apnea is not diagnosed in up to 90% of people who have it, so its likely that many people who suffer from recurrent nightmares also have undiagnosed obstructive sleep apnea. You can be young, thin,

still have significant obstructive sleep apnea. Yes, there are many effective methods to treat nightmares, but at least screen for sleep apnea and treat it before going on to more traditional therapy options for nightmares.

Im glad to read that the writer mentioned obstructive sleep apnea as a common co-existing condition in people with nightmares. But Im disappointed that it wasnt emphasized enough. Most people who have nightmares wake up while theyre dreaming during REM sleep. Stage REM is also the state when all your breathing muscles are relaxed, making

you more prone to waking up. Sudden obstruction and arousal during a disturbing dream and lead to a frightening experience.

    What the?....

  2. from what i understand...silvermoon is under new ownership...and if i also understand right..they have even been honoring some of the bad transactions left by the previous owners...if that is so...i would think they are doing their best to build their business..

everyone that i know of that has a silvermoon mold, loves them..

    Silvermoon never changed ownership.

  3. ok, this is probably a stupid question.... but I want to make this really bad and I am trying to order the e-wax. I know it stands for emulsifier wax. But, which one do you choose. When looking at various places to buy, there are so many to choose from. I went to lotioncrafters and there has to be 15 or 20. Please help. Thanks so so much in advance.

I would suggest the Polawax Emulsifying wax NF. HTH!

  4. I use KY tart wax because, well, it's fabulous! I do get the dimples you mentioned, and yes, I freaked out at first after having such smooth tops before...not one customer has ever mentioned them nor complained about them. I mean, really, they're going to melt them down anyway...

And, besides, dimples are supposed to be cute, righ? :P

I totally agree. Why fret over something that is going to melt within 5 min.? I really don't think the customers care at all either.

  5. Ok, so how much dimple is a dimple when you talk about it? Anyone have a pic? Soapfreak...how did you get those colors?? Awesome looking tarts. I bet they smell good too.

I waited until the slushy stage , drop liquid color into the wax, stirred slightly then poured or smashed them into the mold. I then heated the outsides and tops with a heat gun.

There really isn't much dimpling at all, not enough for the customer to notice.

  6. Do you ever have trouble with the fragrance oils eating the plastic? I use the mini cupcakes and am considering making the switch

I know I need a certain type can anyone recommend a supplier for these cups

I was wondering this too, do they smell like plastic when you burn the tart?
