Since we know that obstructive sleep apnea is not diagnosed in up to 90% of people who have it, so it’s likely that many people who suffer from recurrent nightmares also have undiagnosed obstructive sleep apnea. You can be young, thin,
still have significant obstructive sleep apnea. Yes, there are many effective methods to treat nightmares, but at least screen for sleep apnea and treat it before going on to more traditional therapy options for nightmares.
I’m glad to read that the writer mentioned obstructive sleep apnea as a common co-existing condition in people with nightmares. But I’m disappointed that it wasn’t emphasized enough. Most people who have nightmares wake up while they’re dreaming during REM sleep. Stage REM is also the state when all your breathing muscles are relaxed, making
you more prone to waking up. Sudden obstruction and arousal during a disturbing dream and lead to a frightening experience.

HOLY MOLY!! That soap is soooo gorgeous!!!! I LOVE the hippie one. How long did it take you to learn to make soap like this?
Thanks! I have been making soap for 4 years now

I could look at these all day. Just wonderful. I wish I knew how to make the balls you put in your soap.
I bought my mold on the classies but the best I can tell, it came from here:

I think just using the butters would make it way too greasy. It would also come out clumpy as you drag it across your skin. The beeswax and almond oil adds smoothness and glide.
-
Nope it doesn't discolor. I love it Barbara!

from what i understand...silvermoon is under new ownership...and if i also understand right..they have even been honoring some of the bad transactions left by the previous owners...if that is so...i would think they are doing their best to build their business..
everyone that i know of that has a silvermoon mold, loves them..
Silvermoon never changed ownership.

I used emulsifying wax nf from Snowdrift but any plain ewax will have the same outcome except for conditioning ewax, it tends to make white streaks when you rub it into your skin.
-
ok, this is probably a stupid question.... but I want to make this really bad and I am trying to order the e-wax. I know it stands for emulsifier wax. But, which one do you choose. When looking at various places to buy, there are so many to choose from. I went to lotioncrafters and there has to be 15 or 20. Please help. Thanks so so much in advance.
I would suggest the Polawax Emulsifying wax NF. HTH!

I use KY tart wax because, well, it's fabulous! I do get the dimples you mentioned, and yes, I freaked out at first after having such smooth tops before...not one customer has ever mentioned them nor complained about them. I mean, really, they're going to melt them down anyway...
And, besides, dimples are supposed to be cute, righ?
I totally agree. Why fret over something that is going to melt within 5 min.? I really don't think the customers care at all either.
-
Oh I'm sorry, the brown one is Ms. Randy's Vanilla Bean from Wildfire and the other is SCS White Ginger and Amber.
-
Ok, so how much dimple is a dimple when you talk about it? Anyone have a pic? Soapfreak...how did you get those colors?? Awesome looking tarts. I bet they smell good too.
I waited until the slushy stage , drop liquid color into the wax, stirred slightly then poured or smashed them into the mold. I then heated the outsides and tops with a heat gun.
There really isn't much dimpling at all, not enough for the customer to notice.
-
These are the only ones I have at the moment.
-
I absolutely love ky tart wax. It will only ripple if poured way too hot.
I would not use any other wax.
-
Sharon are you using fo in lip balm?
-
You can send me the site and I will see if I can find it for you.
-
Ooo, I bet that smells good! Jbren where have you been?!
-
Do you ever have trouble with the fragrance oils eating the plastic? I use the mini cupcakes and am considering making the switch
I know I need a certain type can anyone recommend a supplier for these cups
I was wondering this too, do they smell like plastic when you burn the tart?
-
No it does not weight the same.
-
I take a cookie sheet and put 2 layers of paper towels on them. I put all my metal tins on the paper towels and take a heat gun to them. All the wax melts off onto the paper towels.
-
Do you have a link to these?

I would think the J50 would be way too soft. That is mainly used for container candles.
