  1. You need to add up your oils, water and lye. Then that will give you the size that will fit in your mold. Click into the oz. instead of lbs. and keep making it go up or down to fit your mold. You have to keep tweaking it until it amounts to 48 oz. You can even make it for instance 29.50 oz. of oils. It doesn't have to be rounded off. If you have a weird measurement for your oils etc. just round them up to the nearest whole number. It doesn't effect it. Hope that helps.
  2. Yes I think all of them are. They don't state otherwise.
  3. That's weird cuz my brother in law loved it and said it smelled like it.
  4. I heard Royal Aromatics version is really good.
  5. They are in New Jersey. I love their designer fos. Especially because they carrry almost all of them.
  6. I mix pineapple and coconut together when I make my Pina Colada. I make it heavier on the coconut though. Like 4 parts coconut and 2 parts pineapple.
  7. I have one from Royal Aromatics, would you like a sniffie?
  8. I had a whole pound of BBB for sale on another forum. Maybe your the one that bought it from me? I love Royal Aromatics fos too. I have lots from them. Floral Musk, Ocean Fresh, and Amber African Green are a few of my favs. Buttercream is a good one too. It would be neat to have a co-op. I wish I would have ordered some of they're essential oils before they sky rocketed.
  9. Here's a little better pic of this one. The other one was fuzzy.
  10. Those look great! Maybe cut your superfat down to 5% and you will be safe.
  11. I hot process a soap that is 92% olive oil and 8% castor. It is probably my most favorite soap of all. It lathers to no end and it isn't slimy at all.
  12. This was the first time using it and wanted to see how they turned out. A little of both. Also for firmness.
  13. LOL, it smells.....musky. Oh it smells so good!
  14. Well that's stupid. How does everybody update the titles?
  15. I don't know why I can't find the edit button, it's not in the usual spot. Here is a cut pic.
  16. Here's the decadent bar I made this morning. I can't wait to use it. Scented with SW Tupelo honey, Made with Lard, crisco, babassu, mango butter, high oleic safflower, and castor. Superfatted with virgin red palm oil. Used buttermilk, baby carrots, and a little water for the lye solution. Added kaolin clay, honey and a little pulverized oatmeal.
  17. That's a good question because the transparent soap is sticky because of the sugar. I guess I mix, mix, mix! Actually I sent little chunks of transparent soap through the salad shooter.
  18. I had planned to name mine this but she beat me before I posted the pics. :rolleyes2 Sorry Maggie, I didn't copy honestly.
  19. I used RA Amber African Green on another bar and the scent disappeared a little when I CPHP. I did it again and added more fo. I shredded one of the bars mixed it with the new and added some violet/sapphire mica swirls.
  20. I made this with my transparent soap shavings embedded in the bottom with a layer of silver mica. Scented with CG Ginger Souffle and Orange eo.
