  1. Does anyone have a favorite sweet, CREAMY vanilla? I'm looking for one. My alltime favorite vanillla is JS's Becky's Ultimate Vanilla. Then, I love Buttered Vanilla from AH. I also love BC's Vanilla Extract. So, now that I have favs with Buttery notes, & bakery notes, etc....I'm now looking for a very CREAMY Vanilla without the buttery/extract/frosting notes. Thanks for any suggestions!
  2. One common way is to round it off to: .50 oz FO and 3.5 oz. Cyclo ( I know: 1/2 an ounce of FO just for one bottle of spray!) A more specific way is: some people use less or more, but here is the standard recipe: 1 part fragrance oil to 6 parts cyclomethicone. It depends on the size...whatever it is, break it down to 7 parts. Example : for a 2 ounce total weight - 2.0 divide by 7 = approx .28 per part. so you would use .28 fo and the rest is cyclo. 2 oz dry oil spray - .28 oz fo 4 oz dry oil spray - .57 oz fo (and: 3.43 oz Cyclo...........3.43+.57=4.0) 6 oz dry oil spray- .85 oz fo 8 oz dry oil spray - 1.14 oz fo Hope this helps!!
  3. Where is the Buttercream Frosting? You must have that one!
  4. I love WSP oils, but haven't used the ones you are asking about & only do bath & body. Sorry. But maybe you can search for some reviews on one of these sites. They are so helpful: http://scentreviewboard.obisoap.ca/index.php http://www.scentforum.com/fragrance-oil-suppliers.php
  5. My Pink Sugar FO does turn body butter dark, but not immediately. Over time it starts browning slightly.
  6. That's all you need. I believe the most common ratio is 6:1. 6 "parts" cyclo to 1 "part" FO. Some people substitute one of the cyclo "parts" with fractionated Coconut Oil. You'd mix the FCO & FO together, and then add that mixture to the cyclo. It helps with FO's that tend to separate from the cyclo. But when I make cyclo sprays just for me, I don't care if they separate: I just SHAKE WELL before each use. Have fun: you WILL get hooked!!!
  7. just got a Daystar email that she's doing free shipping again, today thru Friday. She's killing me!!!
  8. I love WSP oils, but have never used their sister site because I usually need other supplies at the same time, other than oils. I haven't bought any of their really crazy-expensive oils, but for the oils I do get, I am pleased & I LOVE that they ship in amber glass bottles. That is a big plus for me.

I was just wondering about perfumers alcohol for those people that are specificallyrequesting it. And I agree with you 100%: not only is cyclo a great product to make, but with all the new alcohol/shipping restrictions, it is a no hassle-no worries product to ship as well. You make a very important point! Yesterday 12:34 AM
