The laser printers - what is the cost of the ink on them? I've had my printer(inkjet)since 1999 & its printed its share of labels & everything else! I hope your delivery went well for you today!! I just delivered samples to a school today for a Fundraiser(now i sit & wait to see if they go with me) - they called me on this & i've never done one before!! I'm scared with 70 band students going around selling - OMG will i get done with the orders??? But, this was one of my questions too......would i bag each kids order or let them do it at school? Another suggestion! If you are attending the BitterCreek Convention in May - they let us know when we can order our supplies & they bring it all with them & we just haul it home to save on shipping! I did this last yr & had only purchased 2 more boxes of wax since then..... I agree shipping is just ridiculous anymore! Okay I heard from Doneen, she said this: Hi Carlena, If you don’t have Excel, you can open the forms (spreadsheets) in a program called Open Office at this website: http://www.openoffice.org I’ve never used that program myself but other people have told me it works with Excel files. Well, I'm gonna :tiptoe: away from this....its driving me nuts! I can open it in Microsoft Works under Word Processor but its so fuzzy, blurry i cannot read it....... I did email Doneen - and if i find anything out on this I will post it on here so in case someone else has an 'irratating' computer like i do...... flightoffancyIf you right click on the file and then choose properties you should be able to change which program to use for opening the file. I'm guessing that your little box for "always open this type of file" was checked when you decided to open it as a pdf. okay i right clicked on the file on the cauldron - went to properties & all it said there was General(told how many pixels, bytes, when it was created, etc. etc)nothing else.....Now when i saved it to my desktop & i right click on it from there it comes up i clicked on Properties, it has General, Summary, Statistics, Contents & Custom.....

My hubby today at his work could open it & made copies of them for me & i had him copy/paste them into Paint & email them to me from there & i got it.....and i got yours.....LOL Okay i just brought up Microsoft Works & pasted it in there & its very un-readable. Okay - I have found the Fundraiser forms on the cauldron.......BUT you can only open it in Excel We have 4 computers & not one has Excel.....can 'anyone' help me on this? I so 'greatly' appreciate it..... Thank You! ~Carlena~

I place all my candle 'experiences' in just a Notebook! If its something that I find on here or the internet - I print it out & then write my own notes on it on what works for me!! I also know there has to be an easier way to keep track of everything - but so far this notebook has it all & there at my 'finger' tips when I need it.....Yep, it has sticky notes in there too but, I pretty much know where/what everything is in there. Hi, I use the walmart paints i believe they are called Apple Barrel.....I use them on my Bear/Baby Tarts.....when they melt the black dots stay at the bottom of the pot....no big deal..... ~Carlena~ www.carlenascreations.com

Thanks for the help...although i dont have a gram scale - my hubby is good with #'s so he's trying to figure out an easier way for me to do this with my digital scale. I'm sooooooo hoping this works! And am 'greatful' for the help - like i said earlier, i have 'everything' even the lip balm holder from The Sage and i've not even broke these things in; i gave up cause my one & only lip tube didnt even have enough flavor at all - it was disappointing; but i'm willing to try this again. I get mine from BCN for my Lava Lip Gloss & pretty much all there's is YUMMY. I had tried to do the Lip Balm in the tubes but I couldnt get it to work for me - can someone share there amounts, how-to's on making them? I have balm from MMS but I would surely try it again. Like RobinInOR said 3 grams of flavor oil to make 9 balms; is she talking the tubes? How much balm is being used to make these? I'll have to do some research on 3 grams; how many drops that is. When i made the paint can candles; i went right to a paint store & they had them 'very' reasonable!! One guy told me the hospitals come to get them to put body parts in them(yea i needed to hear that)but check at your local paint stores!! Mine was a Diamond Vogel paint store.
