  1. I know what ya mean. I do remember reading this somewhere on here recently & it did get me thinking about it. But the whole roller bottle thing has become so popular. I thought it was just an etailer thing, but now I'm starting to see them in stores. We went to Nordstrom yesterday & saw quite a few of the new, trendy fragrances out now, (Juicy, Harajuko Lovers/Lamb & VW Princess off the top of my head) all had cute little roller bottles of fragrance either for sale, or as part of a "gift with a purchase" & people were all over them. For now, I've only made them for myself & good friends; not for sale. & this time around, using the Mist, it would also be for a friend/not selling. But I do know what you mean. It's good to think these things through from all angles, for sure. Thanks!
  2. I've made roller bottles of fragrance using either cyclo or jojoba oil or fco in the past. I have a friend asking if I can make the Luxury Mist(WSP base) in the roller bottles. I guess I can. She'd just have to shake it up before each use like she would in my sprays. I'll make a couple for myself to test, but I was just wondering if anyone has done this & what you thought of it. thanks!
  3. My first 2 suggestions would also be: Pink Sugar & Love Spell. I get my favorite versions of them from Indiana Candle Supply (ICS:www.candlesupplys.us). I use them for b&b & they have been the best, strongest dupes so far. http://www.candlesupplys.us/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=1293 and http://www.candlesupplys.us/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=1130 Next I'd say, Love Spell, Pink Sugar, Fantasy & Be Delicious from The Candle Source (www.thecandlesource.com). Like I said, I only do B&B, but maybe someone else can chime in on how they do in wax. For b&b they are good dupes at very reasonable prices. http://thecandlesource.com/id1.html
  4. I'm looking for sprayers too. Here is where I have seen them in varieties: The Scent Works, Madinaonline.com, exoticfragrances.com
  5. I find that with the WSP one as well, so I guess they really are the same thing!
  6. OMG!!!! I never realized just HOW MUCH CHEAPER The Candle Source is for that spray. I haven't bought jugs of it from WSP in a while, as I stocked up last order, but it's now $22 a gallon -vs- $13.50 at TCSource? I know I didn't pay $22 for it. It must've gone up...way up, recently. I knew TCS was cheaper, but I am always ordering from WSP, so I try to buy as much from one place at a time to save shipping, etc...But this is a HUGE difference in price. I'm going to switch to TCS's Mist when I need to re-order. I hope it worked out for you:smiley2:
  7. What about "Becky's Ultimate Vanilla"? (altough I don't know how it is in wax, only b&. & Chestnuts & Brown Sugar is amazing.
  8. The Candle Source sells the EXACT SAME mist as WSP: (this link should be a close up of the bottle, where you can compare the ingredients): http://webhosting.web.com/imagelib/sitebuilder/misc/show_image.html?linkedwidth=actual&linkpath=http://www.thecandlesource.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/BodySprayGallon.jpg&target=tlx_new&title=Body / Room Spray - 1 Gallon Bottle If that link didn't work, click on here & then click on the actual photo of the bottle & it should enlarge enough for you to read the ingredients: http://thecandlesource.com/catalog/i1079.html & they ship pretty quickly & are even a little bit cheaper.
  9. Ok, maybe I'll try it from there then. Thank you...going to check it out.
  10. yep, that's probably it! thanks. & I just got a WSP order last week!
  11. I'd like to get a dupe of the BBW's Vanilla Lavender aka "Sleep". I see Vanilla Lavenders listed at some of the usual suppliers, but not sure if they are the BBW aromatherapy kind, or just a plain Vanilla Lavender mix. I know I could make my own mix at home, but I really love the B&BW one.(yes, this one is for me!)Has anyone found one? Thanks:smiley2:
  12. How would you describe what Just Scent's "Frosted Snowdrops" smells like? The description on the site is very vague & for some reason, I'm having the hardest time, putting into words, what my nose is smelling:confused: . Thanks!
  13. I agree with this one too. Also The Candle Source "pumpkin & vanilla"
  14. You'll love their stuff. Let us know what you think when you get the Cactus & Sea Salt.
  15. I make a ton of body sprays for one particular customer in that scent. She constantly re-orders it. To me, it smells like a day out at the beach. When you are all tan & rested & sleepy from the fresh ocean air & your hair looks all beachy & curly & cool & your lungs feel refreshed from breathing that ocean air all day.
  16. There are so many great oils from DS, I don't know where to begin. I'd start off by doing a search above, here. You can search "daystar" or even "DS" & see what comes up. There should be tons of great reviews. What types of scents are you looking for?
  17. Once you try Daystar's you'll stop looking. It's that good!
  18. I like WSP's Crystal Clear Shower Gel. How about the stuff from Essentials By Catalina?
  19. I was just gonna add that same thing: right now they have free shipping on fo's on their regular WSP site. I don't know how long it will last though. I just know that if you fill a cart & go to check out, you'll see no shipping charges when you get to the shipping part of the cart. I think it may be ending soon though. I use a bunch of their scents like Birthday Cake, Cotton Candy Twist, Cupcake, the Freshwater Cucumber bbw dupe, Lavender Fields, Strawberry, Strawberry Jam, the Violet Bouquet bbw dupe, Fudge Brownie, etc to name a few(but I only do b&b, no soap, no candles)
  20. Same here. This is very easy to scent & has a nice texture.
  21. I can't for the life of me find a dupe of "Miss Dior Cherie". I tried, Daystar, ScentWorks, Save on< Sweetcakes, Exotic Fragrances, Goldstar, Madina, Hayward Ent, & nothing. Has anyone seen this one? Thanks!!!
  22. Snowdrift Farms sells Perfumers alcohol & tells how to make it: http://www.snowdriftfarm.com/form_perfumes.html and http://www.snowdriftfarm.com/perfume.html Hope that helps
