Now thats a purty candle!
-
Would it not be worth it to just make the 2.5 hour trip to the supplier every few months or so to pick up your wax? Makes sense to me!

This person ships worldwide, and has 100% positive feedback:

Love 'em!

That is darling, Lin!

That pepper tin takes the cake. Is that actual pepper there on top of the candle? :rolleyes2

ONE? Are you NUTS?
All because of their awesome products and superior customer service.

Any wax can leak fragrance oil if you overload it. You just have to find out the maximum FO load of the wax you are using, and don't go over it.

Ah, Garf, the MacGyver of candlemaking. LOL Welcome back.

Hmmm...surprising! I bought one on clearance last year and it was crappy! No throw, and tunneled like crazy. It was the Mint Brownie one. But I love the jar!
-
Definitely the stick-ums!

Those are beautiful Crystal!

Which one of those would you recomend for a beginner? Are they about the same as to which is the easiest?
See you at the top

For beginners, votives are easiest! Believe it or not, containers, IMO, are the hardest. Lots of wick issues.

Hi--I'll be your friend. LOL

I use/sell only the electric warmers with the heating plates. Never have had a problem!

WOW!!!!! Gorgeous!

That is cool! Would have perfect if the FO were Ocean!

I had this happen recently with some JS123.

Yep, zincs and mushrooms basically go hand in hand. They are more of an eyesore than anything else, IMO. Kinda like wetspots.

I line a jelly roll pan with wax paper and pour the wax on it let it set till soft solid pull the wax paper out of the jelly roll pan and use an exacto knife to cut my chunks. I know some people also use a pizza cutter to cut their chunks.
Me too!

I like it! Easy to navigate, and really draws your attention. :smiley2:

Those are very pretty!

Terrie: I think Satin Sheets smells like old ladies perfume too! I absolutely hate it! People kept telling me it was a fresh clean scent, that's why I got it...but there ain't nothin' fresh and clean about it...it's old, musty, 1950's cheap perfume.
I absolutely agree. It reminds me of the nursing homes I used to do clinicals at in nursing school. LOL
I cant get any throw from natures gardens

It could be that NG FO's just don't work well with your wax. As much as I LOVE Peak, and love their products, their FO's do not throw in my wax.
