Sounds like a great order if it is genuine, however the thought of pouring 23,500 votives sends shivers down my spine. That is sure one hell of a lot of candles to pour & package.

I just noticed that JS nows carries a dupe of the one from B&BWs!! Has anyone ordered or triewd it yet? Would love to hear from anyone who tried it.

I don't fill the cup all the way to the top on the first pour then when the wax has set up a bit I straighten the wicks & finish pouring. A pain but it works for me(tlights are a PITA no matter what).

. Like I said maybe I didn't buy enough from them for them to give a crap.

I do know I buy alot from alot of places, they did me a favor, I spend way too much on fragrances anyway, who is really going to miss 5?

Really makes you wonder about why some companies are like this. I too take my business elsewhere, shouldn't matter if we spend $30 or $3000.

Hi all! I need to make a gold colored palm pillar for a 50th wedding candle but the color does not come out right. I tried the gold dye chips but it's more yellow than gold. Does anyone know what colors to use to make a gold??

I just pour the wax into the pan & let it harden then break it into pieces. I like the look of the different size chunks.

Make them forever ones.

Once the beads have soaked up the oil, I don't think they would be able to take on any more oil. Haven't tried it tho:laugh2:

I was curios as to how many candles I could pour in an hour..

I produced 66 today in an hour.. I still have to top off, lid and label.

I have never timed myself before, but I am getting many fundraisers and want to see what I would be able to pour in a day..

I figure if I pour my *ss off,

I can get 528 candles made from start to poured and cooling in an 8 hour day...:rolleyes2.

(And if I stay off the computer, it will be much easier to get it done!! LOL)

I didn't know RE/AH did that too. I agree 110% with you, doesn't matter if the customer spends $1 or $1000 all should be handled in the same way. I bet both of these co's treat all the customers that way even when they spend tons of $. Must be nice to not care if you lose customers or not.

One scent I found to last the longest was Spiced Cranberry from BCN. It lasted for a year in my mom's car. BCN's Storm Warning also lasts a long time.
