Wow something really strange is going on. I think they changed the business name & their names, wasn't it Lisa & Terry, to Renee so they don't have to give customer what they already charged them for:laugh2:Everyone RUN as fast as you can from this mess!!

I just sent an email to them to see what they say. If they did take overCE/gel/midwest(whatever name they chose to use today:cheesy2:) we know the customer service will be better!

I guess they think we don't know the difference:angry2:

Have you tried making them thicker cuz that's what I do! That may solve your problem.

That's my answer too!! Make them thicker but it may just be too darn hot down there for them.

I just got this mold off the classies-I had to have him!! He is made of wax tho not wicked. Poured gel wax aroud bottom to hold shells & sand in place.

GREAT! now i read this, got worried after emailing 5 times with no response so I contacted paypal to file claim, as I thought maybe they were out of business as BBB said as I went through brighter scents, now they responded within a hour of me filing a claim with paypal saying this.... ]

You must be using an old phone number because our phone is not disconnected and we have no complaints against us with the BBB. Are you looking up Midwest Candle Supply? We are a new company that just bought out another website.

I did just place the order on sunday but once I read this I panicked as it was a case of wax I needed asap, hopefully it shows up

Not too sure about the Midwest Supply thing. one email update said Midwest Supply but also Illuminations then the last one I got just said Midwest. Nothing about them selling out to someone else. Makes me wonder what is going on:confused: Did it give any names??

I just looked at the last sale & now it says "God Bless" at the bottom but not Terry & Lisa(I think) like it used to.

It's been a busy month, and my wedding planners cleaned me out of tealights, so last week I ordered some from a new supplier for me. They came yesterday and I started opening boxes today. Well...I've never gotten tealights cups packed this way - loose with peanuts! Have any of you had to go thru a box of 1000 tealight cups and pick peanuts off and from inside cups? What a pain and I'm not even thru the first box yet! The peanuts are so static-y from rubbing against the plastic... In the past, the suppliers I purchased from put the cups in a plastic bag, with peanuts around the outside of the bag, in the box. I don't know if the good price is worth all the extra effort on these!

I had to do that one time. What a PITA that was. What is someone thinking(or not at all) when they do that????

Hi Depending on which kind of forever candle I am making( plain or chunks) all I use is a piece of scotch tape across the bottom of mold over the hole. Just be sure to place tape directly over the hole & to bring tape part way up the side of the mold> Does that make sense??? Also I use play dough to fill the tlight cups on the bottom of the mold so when you pour the wax in, it doesnt flip over & float around. HTH

Cathy, you may want to try to contact them today if at all possible. Their annual convention starts Thursday so many of them will be traveling tomorrow, if they are not already. I know as of last night Flicker (tech support) hadn't left yet but I can't promise for today. Just an FYI.

Hi I talked to Erica the other day & she said that just using them in dye would be fine. I'll give it a try & let you know. Wish I could go to the convention:sad2:

That is a great price! Where is it? I too would make sure about what it is you are buying, it does sound too good to be true. Is it from a well known supplier?

Does anyone make unscented beads? I need to make some pink ribbon ornies for a breast cancer survivor party but some of the ladies can't have scented ones. I have no idea if or how to do this:laugh2:
