    If you want to get rid of the frosting you can add 3-5% beeswax and that will help

    It's not about how much as much as it's about Quality oils, the old saying "You get what you pay for" is true with alot of scents, if you want real strong oils check out Wick Your Wax oils carried by Bittercreek North,so many of them you use only half as much and get a stronger scent, hth

    It really depends on what fragrance you want to stand out, I would do 2 parts apple to 1 part caramel.
