I completely understand where this customer is coming from. It is highly frustrating to sit infront of a computer AFTER you have paid for items and wait and wait...and get no response. I do feel that sometimes we have to share our experiences. If I would have looked on this site earlier I would not have experienced this same thing with another supplier. (I vented in the forum tonight about my own personal experience in "Is this bad business") Without people like Vicky and the other wonderful women that emailed me, I would be crying in a pool of tears right now not knowing how to resolve a situration where my money was taken and I was being ignored. You feel helpless and stupid..and taken advantage of. So I think we should be able to talk freely in this forum. I also give great props to Gelglow for posting their side. Most companies(Like the one I just dealt with) dont care what their customers think. Gelglow obviously cared enough about what others thought to at least respond. I dont know the situation...I dont know who is right...but I do konw that I come to this site for advice..and we should give advice on bad transactions and help eachother out. Thats what I love the most about you gals!

OHHH Girls...you wont believe what this lady did!! I sent her an email telling her how upset I was and that I wanted a time frame,my product, an email SOMETHING! She emailed me back and said that she has refunded my money. What bull crap! So I paid for something...waited almmost a month and now SHE decided to cancel MY order? DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THis woman is the most unprofressional scam artist i have met. I told her that I felt this and that i better have my refund within in the week or my mold. Im livid! sorry i have to vent to yall...I have never had this experience. please spread the word about this horrible site...do not use this site...please, dont make the same mistake. I cant believe IM this mad...but IM boiling. How are people like this in bussiness?? I dont understand!!

Who the heck are these people and why the heck are they in bussiness? Im FUMING! I just emailed them and explained that tomorrow I was contacting my lawyer and the better business B. and that I would contact my bank immediatly to file a complaint. Where are they located? HOW CAN THEY DO THIS??? I would never do this to my customers...never. And now I have a HUGE account that I cannot supply. This sounds silly, but this is all over a penis mold..lol..I have 15 ladies that sell Pleasure Party that wanted me custom make soap for their parties...now where on earth can I find another mold? This is ridiculous...to say the least.. Did these people ever email you back?

Well, darn it. I wish I would have looked on here BEFORE I ordered. Im sooo mad...So what are my alternatives? Can I not call the BEtter business? This is ridiculous! Im going to email them again and give them one last chance. Andy advice?

I had a request to make a certain soap. So, I went to soapandcandlemolds and ordered it. Paid for it...and almost 3 weeks later NO MOLD. I have sent, and IM not kidding, 5 emails requesting information and i get nothing. Is this just me? Has anyone used them? i have a customer waiting on me...and im waiting on them...and what makes the maddest is that Im being ignored. Do i have a right to be upset?

Where is a good place to order shrink wrap? I have some soaps that I would like to wrap. thanks so much girlies!

Ohhh I make those too...I too never thought of swirling the colors! I just do a basic choc. vanillla and strawberry. I sell mine with a cone...its the most popular soap I make! The kids at my school (Im a teacher) just love it! A must have mold if you want to market towards kids. Way to go!

I have ordered molds online and will continue to order from the WONDERFUL supplier I have found...can you tell I feel guilty about asking this next question? Okay, the molds that I have are a light purple in color...very flexible...and I would like to find this silicone and try a few on my own. Does anyone have any idea on where to point me?? I really appreciate it.

Okay...so its a recipe with FBB, sugar and FO...does anyone have a good starter recipe for this? I have never made anything but mp soap...so now i know some ingrediants...how about a recipe? lol...Man, Im never satisfied am I? I was trying to find just a starter...basic recipe...and have had no luck! Heather, i am axiously awaiting your report on how this product is!!

Ive looked at smoothon..but still have questions...like what is the best and easiest to make molds of food items...and how do I keep the food from floating to the top when i pour the silicone...do you know?

I have ordered several wonderful molds online...and then got thinking maybe I could save some money and make my own..I bought some silicone online and tried to make a mold of some easter candy...the only problem is that the candy moved and floated to the top of the silicone..obviously its harder than I thought,..but I dont want to give up. Can anyone tell me how to go about making my own molds and where to buy the best silicone? The silicone I got was blue in color but the molds i have ordered were a light purple...just wondering..Im still going to use the site online to order molds because I love her quality...but would love to make some of my OWN for my own use on soap and candles...Hope someone can help me!:highfive:

Okay...I have tried the cocoa powder BUT did not mix it with water or anything and guess what?? I got the specks...so now I know. How much do you think is the max to use?? Oh just to throw this out. I made some cookie soaps for a bday party for a little girl and I used a sugar cookie FO safe for soap...and they did turn my soaps darker within 4 days...I used MP soap...so i guess it is possible? I have achieved a great chocolate color, but was concerned because the chocolate was the soap that was crystalizing...so that is why i asked to begin with..I wasnt sure what was causing this phenom!

Pictures..I am interested in seeing pics of yalls (yall is a word btw..lol..at least in oklahoma) craft shows. My husband and I decided to goto a small craft show in march..Im already shaking. I have some really great MP soaps that all the teachers I work with fight over. So, Im ready to see if they will sell in the real world. But, i have no idea how to set up a "Booth"...I would love all the advice your little heart wants to share with me! AND PICTURES..lol..And, in return...I will post pics of my first and hopefully not last craft show!!

find and sign up for craft shows in oklahoma? I have done One show a few years ago...but it was local. i would like to find shows in Southwest part of Oklahoma and Northwest Texas. Can anyone point me in the right direction? What am I saying? OF COURSE you can!! Thats why I keep coming back here!!
