Fleximold offers great customer service, however, after purchasing many of thier molds I am rather disappointed in how they react to candle wax. I have tried using mold cleaner and it doesn't work. If you want to make a colored candle be sure to do any light colors before doing dark colors, otherwise the darker color may bleed into the lighter color. Also there molds are not consistant in size and shape if you are using molds that have several cavities. I was happy with the mini cupcake topper molds, they work great on peanut butter cup size cavity molds. Amazon.com offers a wide supply of silicone molds and I have seen baseball ones listed. I have had great success using the silicone molds that I have purchased from the site. Good Luck!!!

Hello, can anyone tell me how you price your products? If I were to include cost of all materials, labor, energy cost etc plus include the upcharge of 3-4 x. it would make the product unaffordable. I am just starting off so I can't buy in bulk like I wish I could, which of course causes the supplies to cost more, so I am trying to figure out a way to price the product and still make a slight profit. Any suggestions would be great.

Hi, I am new to the forum and wanted to share a photo of one of my best selling melts. Chocolate Covered Strawberries. I sold everyone I made-30. I was so excited!!! I lost my job last June and I haven't been able to find another one, so I decided to take up making wax melts and air fresheners. I had a tough time in the beginning getting a good strong hot throw scent, but I think I have mastered it now. WOOOO HOOO!!! My first sale was $30.00 and the guy who bought the product has put in another order. I didn't think I could do this, but he has given me HOPE again. I wish anyone new to Candle Making Great Success!!!! Penny
