  1. All 6006 is made in Texas, so all new pallets will probably be effected. Tested LS Strawberry Kiwi, LW VBN, IFT Apple Cider, WYW Mulled Cider. Candle accumulates black goop and then starts dying. Wicks we've had for 6 months, dye is BC & LS and we've used them forever. If anyone has seen this, pls pm me. Lone Star is contacting IGI for me. Thks for all your help. Carole

Just wondering if you had to 'eat' your bad wax, or if the supplier is making it good. I'm having issues with my soy not burning the way it used to & have 4 cases of it!! Supplier says no one else had a problem with it, so I guess it is just me, lol.

  2. Well anyway I'm going to contact my supplier and see if she has any new info or if anyone else has complained. Both boxes have the same lot number on them so no point in trying my second box. I guess I should feel lucky I only have two boxes, in the past I have purchased 6 at a time.

Been reading your posts & without naming the supplier I think I have the same wax, lol. I did buy 4 cases of it & unless I add a tiny bit of beeswax, this stuff ain't gonna burn! Supplier also mentioned it was the same. I had been wicking with a cd16 or 18, now even a 22 won't do it. But the bw worked for me & there isn't enough of in there to cause cracking.

  3. Your edit is the concept. The rubber stamp or whatever is obviously removed from it's wooden base. Guess I've got to try it to see if it works. It's just my thought on how it would work.

This intrigues me also, but I honestly don't think it is simply the unmounted rubber stamp inserted into the mold. If you could get it out, the removal of the stamp would leave the whole impression of the rubber piece, not just the stamp. Does that make sense? Man, this really bugs me, but there has to be a way!

  4. Wish I could help...I'm an avid Cajun user but I don't cp only hp. Their spearmint was awesome!!! Have you tried calling Mike or Pam. Since they're getting into soap supplies maybe they can give you some help.

I agree about the spearmint! Why did they discontinue it? I'm still searching for one like that one.

  5. If you like BCN's fos, then you'll like theirs. I think almost of their fos are from BCN. They are close to me, so in a pinch I will order from them, especially the spiced cranberry & creme brulle.

ps. They are super nice people!!

  6. I smell too, lol. And that's not a bad thing, unless it is a fo I hate! But your hair will absorb the scent also. I even had a couple of cases of jelly jars that I wasn't going to use--the cases had never been opened. My son wanted to make salsa, so I gave him the jars. He said he had to throw all the salsa out because the glass had absorbed the scent!! So the fo we use is powerful stuff!! I'm glad I'm not the only one that stinks, hehe.

  7. Thanks guys, I've tried a couple of these, but there are others I will have to try. I have tried candle cocoons raspberry cordial & think it is FAB, but way too expensive for me, lol. I've never tried Peaks or wildfire's, so I'll check them out. I had forgotten about soycandle.com. Their raspberry is nice!

  8. I was wondering if anyone had used both the ky125 & the c3. How do they compare? Is the c3 better than the ky125? I know I should just sample the c3, & that's what I intend to do, but with so many 10# bags of wax laying around, I thought I'd throw out the question. I've been using the ky125 for a long time, but now the shipping is a killer. Thanks in advance.

  9. High priced oils doesn't necessarily mean best throw. I've tried several $26 a # oils, only to be not impressed with throw. Then I may try a $13 oil & it throws like crazy. You just have to test. I always thought if a fo was too cheap, it meant it was diluted, but that's not always the case. I think most of my oils are priced in the $15 to $20 range.
