I wonder if anyone has used them before & thoughts?I currently package my tarts in gusseted clear bags, but it's pretty time consuming.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!Renee
candle making mommy
I personally like them. I also like Aztec's clamshells.
karinz40
I also wrap my tarts in that type of cello bag from the dollar store called a loot bag. Do you stack them or just leave then loose in the bag?
moonshine
I personally switched to clamshells which I get from co-ops on here and stopped the individual melts - way to time consuming and costly for me because I wrapped them individually in a lip and tape bag that fits one perfectly....and each one had to have a label and warning sticker - I am anal about packaging and do not care for bags at all and they don't display as nice IMO - the individuals I used to put in a basket and now I do the same for clams but you get 3 melts out of 1 using 2 cubes and they look so much cleaner to me plus so much easier and faster to pour
jackbenimble
I use the clamshells from CS and have liked them very much. Easy to open as well!
nay2120
Thanks for the help with the clamshells. It's great to hear such good reviews. I am currently packaging them in gusseted bags, 10 per bag. I use a silicone mini brownie pan for the tarts now.I sell the bag for $6.00. I think by my general measurements that it will hold about the same wax, but in 6 cavity shells. I thought it would be easier for transport & display.
