elitenaildesign
Is dryflo, escentually just cornstartch. Dryflo is hard to find and have only seen it at MMS. Just wondering if there was an alternative?
JanetsCandles
It's a bit different than cornstarch. I got mine at BrambleBerry. The INCI says it is Tapioca Starch, which is very different from cornstarch.
TallTayl
They're not the same. DriFlo is a modified starch that is very fluffy and holds oils (fragrance) very well to disperse into water (which helps eliminate tub ring and slippery tub).Regular tapioca starch is used in cooking and does not disperse in the water nearly as well. It's dense too.I forget the name, but there is a different brand of modified tapioca starch that is less spendy. I have not tried it though since I am able to get DriFlo locally (Illinois) from NuScentsCandle.
