comfortscents Posted April 4, 2011 Share Posted April 4, 2011 I have 3 women who job share for me, they package, get orders ready for shipping, pour tarts and keep order in chaos...I pay them on the books, but was wondering if $10.00 an hour is enough? Lorrie Posted April 4, 2011 Share Posted April 4, 2011 You really have to look at other wages in the area. Here $10 is a really good paying job since most jobs in our area are minimum wage. pleasureridgecandles Posted April 4, 2011 Share Posted April 4, 2011 Personally I think that's a fair wage. We have alot of factory/warehouse places around here and they don't even pay that much. Most of them are anywhere from 8.50-9.50 an hour and they are doing much more manual labor than what the ladies would be/are doing for you.
