lovemylabs
which product is your slowest mover? Ours are Spritzers. And it doesn't matter what the season is, we just don't move these very much and considering trying a few different fragrances to see if that's it before dropping them. What about you guys? LuminousBoutique
Perfume oils - slow slow slow. The people who love them, REALLY love them, and come back for them and buy multiples at a time.. but as is, they are a waste of funds for us. Several wholesale accounts are doing well with them, so we'll just offer them that way.Body butter. I'm going to start offering 4oz containers because alot of customers have said they love them but dont want to buy a large container each time, they'd rather buy two scents at 4oz.. i hate having multiple jar sizes because I find them to be a hassle for labeling and storage, not to mention more to bring to shows.. :rolleyes2 but I'm going to give it a shot for awhile and see how it goes.Solid lotion bars didnt sell for squat. WendyByTheBay
Body Sprays..... People around here would rather spend $$ on lotion when I have it available.
asheebeans
My bath bombs have been really slow right now, but the market is pretty saturated with them....so I'm not going to stress too much over it. I use them too, so if sales are a little sluggish--more BB's for me!
TheWickedWick
For my area it's Shower Gels. Discontinued making them. Would only sell maybe 6 in a month...if even that. Wasn't worth the time & trouble...especially when fo's would thin some of them. Didn't like playing the guessing game. Nobody seems to have missed them. lovemylabs
Yeah., that's another one for us too...our Shower Gels. They have slowed a little for us lately too, even during the holidays when most things pick up. I think I'll work on promoting some of these or offering new fragrances and sets to see if I can jump start some sales with them. If not...I can always, always use more soap making supplies. Noodle
It is funny how different sellers have different selling results.I cannot keep my perfume oils in stock and my body butters sell like crazy. That said, my slowest mover has always been shower gel / body wash.It sells, but nowhere remotely near my other products. MarsBars
My slowest mover is shower gels. Another thing that is slow, but seasonal, is body sprays. For some reason during the colder months they don't sell well. As soon as the warm weather hits they sell like hotcakes.

Love2Scent
I cannot give away tub powders or bath salts. In fact, just dropped both in the beginning of the year. Now body mists/sprays/perfumes sell hand over fist!
Ange647
My dry oil body sprays have not moved much in the last 3-4 months. Second would be bath bombs. Considering dropping the body spray, but I love bombs too much to drop them. Maybe just make fewer or special orders.
Ange647
Dry Oil Body sprays are my slowest mover. Next is bath bombs.
