MissMori Posted November 6, 2010 Share Posted November 6, 2010 You're not gonna like my response...When my husband was deployed to the Middle East several years ago, he purchased a kilo of Coco Chanel oil for me. It wasn't marketed as a fragrance oil, but as pure perfume oil. He also purchased Cool Water oil. Neither contain any alcohol. I've used both in cp soap and they worked beautifully. If you know someone that is going to the Middle East, ask if they will look for you. You can get many perfume oils. I've smelled a few and they are all dead on.
