country bee Posted March 25, 2010 Report Share Posted March 25, 2010 I have had a candle maker tell me she uses triple strengh fragrance oil.She would not tell me the supplier(trade secret) Now its not triple scented.If so where can you find it?I have been looking!Thanks again for your help. I buy different "grades" of oil, the higher the grade, the less cutting agent used, (supposedly) and the more money you spend. Some oils are just stronger than others. When waxes that could hold 6-10% oil hit the market the marketing ploy of "triple scented" started.It refers to the % of the FO used. There are suppliers that sell different grades of strength. Candlewic is just one example of a supplier that sells more than one grade of FO.
