Several items on their site say Temporary out of stock. A girl on another board said she has glass that has been back ordered since before Christmas. I've called with no return call, emailed with no return email. But then they send emails about sales all the time. I don't get it. I get my wax there and no one else carries it. Anyone else have issues? TIA

I think they are getting a big back order of Glass from China so it will probably take awhile. I read this on there message board The Scent Review.

Still have no idea why they wouldn't answer phone calls or emails. Hoping they are getting a huge load of wax in as well.

I'm getting pretty antsy about it too. Todd said he is expecting a deal with a friend concerning chinese glass and would swap my 16 oz salsa jar for some 12 oz ones. I sure hope they don't go under.

I was thinking the same thing, but hated to say it. If you look through the vegetable blend waxes and many others, more are out of stock then in stock. I've even email Todd direct and have yet to get a reply. I use to order from them all the time and service was among the highest, then something happened around Fall and I decided it was best for me to go elsewhere. I still use some of there oils and the Palm wax. I am hoping they get things straightened out soon.
