msalex28a
Does castor oil doing anything special to mp soap?
LuminousBoutique
I use it in my soaps, it adds nice little bubbles that are really emollient and softening. If you use more than 5% it can make a really soft bar. I tend to use it at about 3-4%. I dont know what it would do in M&P but I use it in lipgloss and its really softening and feels great on the skin.
Candybee
I always use castor oil in my M&P soaps. It makes the lather rich and creamy and adds an moisturising element. Your skin beads up with moisture when washing with the bar. I never make soap without it.I use 1/2 t per lb of base.
