Lorrie
How do you market towards it? I am having a marketing block and can't think....I am talking for soap wise... Not business wise..... Edited December 20, 2009 by Lorrie
Scented
Well how about pulling out soaps that would fit along a theme for lover's type of stuff ... for instance Prelude to Love, Misbehavin', Secret Admirer (here I go again giving myself ideas), Desire, First Kiss etc. Promo them in say a red gift box, title it Let's Get it On, Lover's Lane, Behind Closed Doors, Through the Key Hole (whatever), After Dark ... etc. When V-Day is over, the names still stick and you can sell the soaps year-round. Combine it all with some tolietries etc. and then gear your marketing towards the romantic side of a woman ... Is that what you were asking? I am making up some baskets or bags with soap , lotion , lip balm , shampoo , conditioner for a head to toe pamper yourself theme .
macyboutique
Kitn, love your head to toe pamper theme. I do not do shampoo & conditioner. Good idea though
smittenheart
I was just wondering about this too..I am thinking colors and scents..but I NEVER like to go too over the top..I worry about having some too 'holiday' type stuff left over after the holiday..but I am also looking more towards guy type stuff..as far as scents go..
