It smells like your sailing on a Hobie out in the middle of the ocean....I Adore this one.. I use this as my car spray. It throws Great in Soy!! Starr Posted December 17, 2009 Share Posted December 17, 2009 I've never used ICS's Cactus and Sea Salt but had a sample of it from an ebay sale (maybe it was ICS and it was just repackaged) when I first started making candles with little kits and such, it really is a nice, upscale kinda scent.
