Im thinking of buying a electric tart warmer and buying some tarts. My question is, does the wax some how evaporate or does the wax just stop giving off a hot throw at some point. After a bit, you won't be able to smell anything, then just dump the wax out and toss in a new one, the wax won't evaporate. Candybee Posted December 13, 2009 Share Posted December 13, 2009 Just wait for the wax to harden and pop out your tart and throw it away. Sometimes I throw the wax out when its still liquid but you have to be careful not to spill it. I only do that when I am too impatient to wait to pop in a fresh tart.
