Just hold the balloon in the wax until you see a shell forming.....if it is large, your arm will tell you that you haven't been working out with weights....LOL....that is what my grandson said...he said "ouch"......"you finish, Nonnie". Then take it out and let it cool. If it isn't thick enough then do a few more dips.......they are fun once you see how it is done. Candle Man pointed out that be sure to use good quality balloons.....and/or insert one inside the other with the eraser end of a pencil. Haven't tried that yet but you can be sure that I will.
