You should premix your micas or oxides with a little bit of water or glycerine, then you can incorporate them better in the crockpot. Micas and clays I mix with an ounce of superfatting oil (olive, grapeseed, jojoba, or melted shea for instance) before blending into soap. Titanium Dioxide I add straight to the oils and stick blend it when the lye solution is added. I also like to use herbal colorants which I add to the lye water.
