chiptooth
Very Pretty. I've gotten my bear dipping down to a science and mess less and tried once to dip a roll of toilet paper and had nothing short of a disaster on my hands and never tried again. Now that I see how pretty it can be...maybe I'll have to try again. Any hints.
brempel
I am wondering where everyone gets their bears for dipping. I make them also but am having trouble finding them. bev
CathyinME
Very pretty! Some of the best looking ones I've seen. I just dipped a couple rolls & will post pics if they come out half decent!! Any suggestions on how to NOT get the hot wax on your fingers on marks on the roll where you hold it???
sockmonkey
I've never made them, but couldn't you just use tongs inside the tube to hold the roll by inserting tongs and then opening them as much as they will open insde the tube, which should then give you enough leverage to manipulate the roll? Tess
Well that's certainly the prettiest Toilet Paper roll I have ever seen. I'm sure it is the best smelling Toilet Paper too, but I'll just take your word for it.

citygrl707
I make these to , get a metal pot for gel candels you can get them for like 4.99 at candle and supplies . com. If you use the dollor store, smaller tp its easier. Dip in the metal pot and swish it around. I take it out and let it dry on foil, then i decorate them. They smell great and look beautiful. Would the wax then crack?Would you attach when the wax is still warm?Inquiring minds want to know, lol. They are so pretty. citygrl707
i use elmer glue or a heat gun, i find the glue works with less mess. You can get the dollar store flowers and put a couple in the whole and it makes it so pretty. THey scent a room for about two months. Good for family's with small kids that can't have a candle burning all the time. I will be making some next week and will post.
donna0809
Great idea Pam, I'll have to give it a try next time I dip a teddy bear.
Faerywren
I've seen Keri's (kountrytimes) dipped tp where it looks like a cake with icing, but never seen any done with a floral theme. How cute! What kind of wax would be used to dip these? I don't think I'd want to mess with the bears, but the tp might be something interesting to try. Even if for my own bathroom.
