firstlady
Thanks! it was fun to do and yes the price was right, i sold him for $10, took about $2 to fill, but now the ones at dollar store are going to cost me $1.25 . Sharyl , 6 people didn't blink a eye at paying $10 for snowman but thought $30 was to high for a med size basket , green with a tree on it ( i paid $4) a santa in it, a candle warmer with dish and 4 bags of tarts . one lady told my dh that was a little high, he felt the need to defend me and started telling her how much i had in the baskets cost wise not to mention the labor.LOL! he told her how many times i rearranged the tarts and holly, he said you getting $10 worth of tarts, warmer was $5, and the dish and santa was a dollar each, basket was $4, so he says you getting $20 worth of new stuff, don't you think she should have $10 for her troubles LOL! i knew i didn't have time to test the wick to burn as a candle in this, and got this idea which will keep the jar clean and can be cleaned good to reuse. smore's
Maybe you could just make the tarts white, but with the cinamon fo? She may not even care about the color and it would still smell great thats what counts JMO:) by the way it was really cute.
