Gotta give a rave for Peaks. Received my order from them today. I had ordered Ginger Peach FO, but received Georgia Peach. CS asked if I would be placing another order in the next couple of days, which I said no.. as I only order a few fragrances from Peaks under normal circumstances... so I maybe order once, twice a month if busy. So they are sending out my replacement today!

Wish Peaks was closer... I'd use more from them!!:yay:

I can see how that would be an easy mix up. You've got to give props to any supplier who ships out replacements the same day they're made aware of a problem--that keeps me a happy customer, and even though they goofed, ithey show top notch customer service by responding so quickly.

Oh yeah.. I can totally see how it happened. When I saw the bottle labeled "Georgia Peach", I actually checked my invoice to make sure it wasn't a mistake that I had made. At first I thought maybe I had ordered the wrong one.
