sportsmom12
I have been taking the foaming bath whip base I bought from WSP, adding salt to it for an exfoliating scrub and some fo. It turns out like a nice creamy scub- but not very moisterising like when I use carrier oil and sugar and salt. Do you think it would be okay to use a carrier oil like almond oil to the mix? Thanks
Pam W
I'm not familiar with the base you are using but Bramble Berry's site has some FBB and their recipe calls for some oil..I've used this product only once but the add'l oil did make it more moisurizing. HTH.* Liquid Oils - Adding any liquid oil (avocado oil, hazelnut, sweet almond oil) in 2 oz. amounts to 16 oz. of butter makes a more moisturing wash, suitable for faces and sensitive skins.http://www.brambleberry.com/foambutter.html
Carriegsxr6
I would start with .5oz of oil per lb of whip.
