AllisonACC
Hi Everyone - I've been making candles for quite some time and have decided to participate in an art and craft show. I've called a couple of places regarding insurance and have been unable to get anyone to provide insurance. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I might be able to obtain insurance? I appreciate it!Allison

flutterbye
This place was going to accept me but I went with someone else locally http://www.auto-owners.com or you could try http://www.indiebeauty.com. I got turned down plenty of times for the same reason of making candles in a home. I know it's a risk but I've never had any incidents while making candles but I've had plenty of almost fires while cooking dinner! Good luck on finding coverage. Guest LightofDawn
I am in Ohio and I have Auto Owners. Costs about $26/month and they did not give me any problem about making them at home.

elfcat
I get mine through the Ohio arts and crafts guild, as chrisinpa mentioned. Very affordable and easy to get.
