Vit E in recipes

When people are taslking about Vit E in their recipes-what type of vit E are you using? Cutting open the pills? buying a bottle on a cosmetic site?

I order small amounts from the sage. When I'm needing large amounts, I order a 16 oz bottle from Soapers Choice.

I have been using the capsules so far but plan to order the liquid in a bottle next time.

Using the capsules is a bit messy. But at least I don't have to weigh or measure how much I use with the capsules.

The capsules are premeasured. But you have to pop them open and squeeze out the oil. It can get messy. I will be using the liquid next time.
