Found a couple at the link below - taller than what you are wanting but that shouldn't be a problem. That's an unusual diameter for seamless aluminum but I've seen them for sale at Candle Cocoon http://www.candlecocoon.com.More typically you get that diameter in the tin plated molds with a seam.
