kandlekrazy Posted October 24, 2007 Share Posted October 24, 2007 Even with the same amount of fo, the tart will usually smell stronger to us because it melts completely much more quickly than your candle develops a full mp, and by the time the candle can catch up, the melt has already filled a room with scent.
