Mnhorsemom
I got some WVS that I want to try to soap and I would like to do a brownish color swirl. I have heard you talk about using cinnamon and was wondering if I used that does it give the soap a cinnamon smell? The WVS I got is a pretty dead on dupe of BBW and I don't want to change the smell. Crafty1
i have never used cinammon for coloring, however i have soaped WVS. the fragrance turned my soap and tannish brown color.
fabulousfunfur
Yesterday I made a batch of soap and added cocoa at trace. Worked like a charm for a brown color. I actually added cinnamon as well but the cocoa worked alot better!
KristinesShower
When I used cinnamon for color, the smell came through after a month or so, but when I use cocoa, I never get the smell.
mountainmadness
I have used cinnamon also for color. I have not experienced it leaving a scent.Just remember that cinnamon is a know irritant so don't use to much...
