Igi 4625 & 4794

I am experimenting with tarts made out of IGI 4625 & 4794...Anyone else try this combo? I tried a 50/50 mix so far. Would like some feedback of thoughts or ideas for "perfect" blends for tarts:smiley2:


the smell is pretty good so far :yay: so far no centers dipping (not that it matters much on tarts)
