Igi 4625 & 4794

I am experimenting with tarts made out of IGI 4625 & 4794...Anyone else try this combo? I tried a 50/50 mix so far. Would like some feedback of thoughts or ideas for "perfect" blends for tarts:smiley2:

the smell is pretty good so far :yay: so far no centers dipping (not that it matters much on tarts)

So far they smell great. These actually came out of the molds fairly easy...no having to freeze them or anything. Their texture to me looks creamier (so to speak) Will have to post on them in a day or 2 after some cure time.
