Shipping was timely and I had no problems!The website has changed since my purchase. It looks much better than it did. Sorry I could not help more! Pm me if you have lengthy questions. Sorry I didn't see this thread before Edited because I saw your 2nd post. I do not use soy so I cannot say how their FO's would perform for you.
