kandlekrazy Posted October 6, 2007 Share Posted October 6, 2007 I used votive wax for a long time and ran out so thought I'd try my hand at blending my own clamshell wax (actually I was desperate!) I used 75% container and 25% pillar and it worked out better than the votive wax. I love that it holds up, but melts so easy. And the fragrance lasts longer now. Someone on here informed me that the GW464 that I use for my containers can also be used in clamshells, so I started trying that, and I like it even better than my blend. So now I use straight GW464.
