It may have been a simple 1-item swap and it may have been a larger swap. We’ve all noticed that sometimes larger swaps are hard for people to do, especially this being the busy time of year! A small interpersonal swap may be the answer. In many of the single soap bar swaps the participants are ready to do another right away. It may not be convenient for enough people to start a new swap at that time. So what do we do? We keep a running list of who is willing to swap. That way no one would feel shy about sending someone a pm asking to swap. They would already know that the other is willing to exchange items. This would in no way replace swaps. They will still be held as long as we have awesome members that are willing to host them. It will just be another type of swapping option. This is a SWAP AT YOUR OWN RISK area. No one will be responsible for any misfortune but, yourself. If you have never done a swap before, get to know the person you are going to swap with. Maybe send a few pm’s and get to know each other. Then decide if you are willing to swap. If you do not want to swap at any given time, don’t put your name in the list. If you only want to swap in the hosted swaps please feel free to do so.
